How do I get access to Enso?
Enso is in private beta on Apple’s TestFlight. Anyone who already uses Enso can connect you: in person, by showing you a code to scan (Contacts → Connect in person), or from afar with a link they send you (Contacts → Tell a friend). If you don’t yet have Enso, ask the person who sent you the link to get you onto the beta, then tap the link again — it lands you in a conversation with them. If you don’t know anyone on Enso, write to us and tell us a little about yourself.
I lost my phone. Is my account gone?
No. When you joined, Enso showed you a 24-word recovery phrase to write on paper. Install Enso on a new device, choose “Recover”, and enter the words: your name, your devices, and your conversations return. Without those words we cannot restore the account ourselves; the keys never leave your devices.
How do I delete my data?
Your messages live on your devices — deleting the app deletes your local copy, and removing a device from your account cryptographically excludes it from everything that follows. To remove your username and device records from our directory entirely, write to us by email from the account you use, and we will confirm the removal.
Something isn’t working. How do I report it?
In Enso: Me → Settings → “Send to Enso Development”. That sends a diagnostics log which never contains message or document content — only technical events, so sharing it is safe. Or simply email us; a person reads it.
How do I report a security issue?
Write to security@decentralizedinternet.tech. We respond quickly, and we credit researchers who wish to be credited.

Questions about our policy or your data.
What our servers hold, in one sentence: encrypted messages in transit (deleted on delivery), your chosen username and device list, and a push notification token — and nothing else. The full accounting is in our Privacy Policy.
